Mandate and Purpose 

  • Supporting the ongoing development of the awareness and marketing strategy for Ontario’s Intervenor Services sector  
  • Recommending a plan for an Awareness and Marketing Campaign to increase the pool of Intervenor Services professionals and to position Intervenor Services as a unique professional career
  • Ensuring engagement within the Intervenor sector to promote understanding, buy-in and support for the HR Strategy through regular communications

 Key Deliverables:

  • Create Communications Plan and Key Messaging for the strategy
  • Develop recommendations for common language to be used throughout the sector
  • Distribute quarterly newsletters
  • Develop ISHRS Fact Sheet
  • Maintain ISHRS website, Facebook and Twitter communications
  • Monitor and evaluate ISHRS marketing and communications
